Back in the office, Jim can design complete CAD drawings and blueprints to further define the project. With drawings in hand, we are then able to finalize a bid which allows the customer to see precisely what we intend to build for them. From custom dream homes to basement renovations, bathroom renovations, additions, garages, decks, pole barns and more, W.D. Construction can meet your needs. We are happy to work with you to create a custom home on your lot or ours. Yo
u may use a home plan that you have purchased, or come in to the office and we’ll guide you on how to select your perfect house plan. Unlike other builders who limit which plans you may choose from, the sky is the limit with us. One recent project involved the team effort of the husband and wife to create their own plans based on 20 years dreaming about their home. Using their drawings, we were able to construct drawings that were perfect for them, and thereafter, we built their dream house.

Commercial Work
W. D.’s experience in Cecil County, MD and Delaware is vast and has enabled us to thrive throughout 3 decades. We have built many structures for Cecil County government as well as doctors’ & dentists’ offices, commercial restaurants and more. In the late 90’s we built an addition for the Mid-County Senior Center and Mrs. Williams, the executive director said, “On behalf of myself, our board and our members, I would like to express our delight with the new addition W.
